Mental Health Resources

This list will be updated periodically. If there’s a resource you know of that should be added, feel free to let me know. 🙂

  • National Domestic Violence Hotline – If you would like to talk to an advocate, we recommend using our Live Chat feature or contact the hotline by phone at 1-800-799-SAFE (7233), or 1-800-787-3224 (TTY). Advocates who are deaf are available Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (PST) by videophone (855-812-1001), instant messenger (DeafHotline) or email (deafhelp@thehotline.org).
  • CoDa.orgCodependents Anonymous Int’l. Provides resources and Support as well as a local meetings if you or someone you know is struggling with Codependency.

It’s never to late to get help. I believe in you. You deserve so much more than to drown in your feelings or to suffer through abuse.
